How Mentoring Works at Apziva​​

Mentoring is a vital part of Apziva AI Residency, empowering participants with personalized guidance to excel in their learning journey and career aspirations. Each resident is paired with an experienced mentor who brings industry expertise and a tailored approach to support individual growth.

 

Mentors connect with residents in weekly 30-minute sessions to discuss project progress, provide feedbacks, and plan actionable next steps. These sessions are crafted to meet the unique needs of each resident. Mentors contribute significantly by:​

  • Offering Subject Matter Expertise: Providing valuable insights into data science projects across diverse domains such as Finance, Logistics, HR, Education, Consumer Goods, and more.

  • Providing Feedback and Assessments: Delivering constructive reviews on real-world projects to enhance technical and analytical skills.

  • Defining Learning Goals: Collaborating with residents to establish clear, achievable objectives that align with their career goals.

  • Career Guidance: Offering advice on industry trends, job readiness, and networking based on their professional experience.

  • Ensuring Accountability: Keeping residents motivated and on track throughout their residency.
