Talent and Growth Associate
We are currently looking for a Talent and Growth Associate to join our team, who will drive Apziva’s talent acquisition pipeline and be responsible for growth efforts.

We are looking for a proactive and hardworking teammate who thrives on the following challenges: sourcing talented professionals from all around the world, screening candidates and managing our user acquisition pipeline, creating marketing campaigns, handling social media accounts and partnering up with organizations from all around the world.
Job Description and Responsibilities:

Organizing and maintaining the Apziva programs to support the organization’s user acquisition strategy.

Contributing to the development of user acquisition and growth strategy as well as the overall operation.

Source and screen candidates using a variety of sources.

Follow up with prospects through outbound cold calls, emails, and meetings.

Manage full cycle user acquisition process, ensuring a smooth and positive user experience.

Partnering with business teams to support talent and growth strategies and drive its execution.

Manage marketing campaigns, content writing to drive highly qualified users to Apziva’s platform.

Manage all the social media accounts of Apziva to bring the ideas to life.

Help with the measurement and reporting of talent and growth activities.

Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs.

Find and define growth corridors and opportunities to continue scaling Apziva.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, prioritization and time management skills

Result oriented, self-motivated, with strong work ethic, attentive to details

Desire to grow quickly with a commitment to excellence

Desire to work as a team player while accepting substantial individual responsibility
